On 16-05-2025, I stayed in a Four-Bed Family AC Room at Silver Sand Hotel. The room was perfect, and I had a great experience. The air conditioning was also working superbly.

The room are not so luxurious AC are not in proper condition... the bed are just a piece of sponge... nearly 6floors but no proper spacious lift... But food was really good & cheaper

it was okay. near to railway station and temple. room was clean but bedding should be better, I found a bug in bedding. otherwise overall okay and food is fine.

lt was a pleasant stay. TV and AC were working properly. Hot water was available. Check out time was extended to 1 more hour. Overall it was a very good experience.

The location is good. The room was just ok. Bathrooms are not at all neat and fresh. There was leakage. The corridors are dirty. Have restaurant. But the room service is very poor. I ordered soup and juice, the order was only received after an hour when I called the reception to complain that I hadn't received it. And for breakfast I went directly to the restaurant, and no one came to take the order. I told the people at the counter what I wanted. The food was bad. I stayed in the same place one year ago, and the service was ok and good. This time I was very disappointed.

complete ridiculous hotel with unhygienic room and washroom. no towel and other kit provided. waste of money. washroom is so dirty

The stay was a nightmare. The bed allotted for me was full of bed bugs. I cant sleep a bit. The only thing i felt good about the hotel is that the behaviour of the staff were nice. Never gonna prefer the hotel next time.

Check in and check out is easy.. Staff very helpful.. Located adjacent to Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station but no direct access to railway station.. Less than one km distance through road.. Room was spacious enough.. Neat and clean also.. Sounds from railway station is a big issue as it is very close to railway station.. Doubtful about the functioning of restaurant.. Didn't check..
