This hotel is okay for the rate provided all hospitality and the cleanliness. It is very near to chandigarh airport. The staff also very friendly and curious always. I recommend to other for the rate provides to us.

The Hotel was such a pain that I cannot even explain .... . But when I reached the Hotel, first they refuse about my booking and when I show them the booking they simply provide me room in another hotel .... . There the room I got was not well maintain and clean . The conversation with the silver sand hotel guy was not at all happy for him this thing was very normal . I was with my family and we were not able to sleep that night . I will not recommend this hotel and the red wood hotel to anyon ...more

Had a bad experience. Light wasnt there. They dont have a little senese that their customer would b felling hot. Worst hotel nd even the servicing people they dont have the manners how to talk
