Location was good. Room services were not good. There is no food in the hotel. Bathroom was dirty when we entered. Overall average experience.

Bedsheet, curtains, mattress, and pillow are all of good quality. The washrooms are clean.

pathetic hotel, zero cleaning, zero maintenance. ac was not working the entire night. there was no water in the washroom. horrible experience with hotel. the reception manager was so rude to entertain customer queries. there is no lift in the hotel. i would say pay extra 500rs to book better hotel

Hotel is good and I booked this 2nd time because my previous experience was very good "but" this time my experience was not as good as it was earlier. I booked the room with air conditioning but during checkin they didn't provide me the AC room, they said that in this price AC room cannot be provided so I told them that I had double check before booking that room was AC or not. They told me that it should be written on the booking voucher that room has AC so I showed them in my phone where it is ...more

Its good if someone just want to stay for few hours just for refreshing purpose, you cant stay at here overnight

in hotel silver springs, there were cockroaches everywhere in ground floor room no. 123. the toilet had no geyser, and the jet spray was leaking. there was only one charging point in the room.
however, the food was excellent. the chef prepared the meal exactly as i requested, and both the taste and quantity were great.

Excellent hotel and food "but" hotel is on the road side facing so you will hear some noise of vehicle traffic in day time and there is a washing machine on the ground floor which runs 24x7 by hotel staff for loundry purposes whose noise also be heard, if you got room on the ground floor beside this two things every thing is good.
Excellent option for solo travelers.
