the stay was pathetic, the sheets were messy beyond acceptance they were all yellow and patchy, mirrors were unclean, the whole room smelled of smoke but when we asked for a change of room they denied it. no kettle or tea/coffee pouches. we got them to change sheets twice bcoz every sheet they brought was still messy. never go for this hotel.

location is good..but the management and reception staff doesn't know about hospitality,rather looks disinterested in having customers...very poor customer service..stained old bed spreads,no kettle,no teabags/coffee..poor maintenance

Location is good , very close to KSRTC bus stand. car Parking is little tricky but manageable as they have a driver . Price is slightly higher but due to long weekend we paid little premium . Overall okay for 1-2 days stay

Good location to stay. Staff are very good. We have checked out 11PM and we kept our luggage in reception and they allowed a room to freshup after checkout. Hotel is clean.

Rooms was not so clean Bedsheets are heavily dirt bed bugs was there is quilt, we spend sleepless night because of those bed bugs Full of mosquitoes and washroom stinks badly

No catering, need to walk outside but ease access from the hotel. They are treating the guest with all respects and stay was good Safe for the family, located in prime location within city. Ease access to hotels, shops.

Hotel is pocket friendly with all the amenities that you get in chain hotels like Trident and marriot . Rooms are spacious and welll maintained. I stayed here more than 5 times and 5 days each time . staff is friendly and response is quick . Lookin forward to stay in future.

Very neat and good room. Walkable distance to bus stand. Prime location. Staff are extremely courteous. Jeevan, the incharge has been extremely supportive. Very good staying experience.
