Disgusting experience. No water in entire hotel when we arrived at 9.30 pm on 22nd April 2025. No drinking water served in room. No hot water facility in room. Difficult to change hotel so late with family. Overall very bad experience

I am booked three bed A/c room .but Singapore hotel given double bed A/c room and one extra bed was given . excess amount not refunded . very poor maintenance.

First of all charged more than 30% extra than actual hotel tariff. Also the hotel did not provide a towel also. AC making noise. Mosquitoes in room.

Good Hotel and clean rooms at nearest place to egmore railway station , Good service. We had late checked in due to Chennai traffic as we travelled from Bengaluru to Chennai by road.So requested manager for 3 hours late check out which was agreed by him. One request to hotel management to provide drinking water bottle and toiletries at rooms for good rating. Overall good stay at hotel.

hotel was good... cleanliness is bit of a issue, staff cleans the room only when u call them 3-4 times, location is very nice and approachable. location of the hotel

Its not worth for its price. During our stay, they said there is no hot water facility when we requested other alternate, reception guys response is so worst. Not even a single staff can communicate with us other than Tamil. Even flush is also not working

My booking time started at 12 PM. I checked in at 9.15 PM, and they provided me with an uncleaned room(Used bed sheets, the bathroom was not cleaned, masks everywhere. Poor hygiene was maintained in the room and bathroom. When I asked for an alternate room, they made me wait for more the two hours and maintained a very rude tone. They have taken advanve of Rs 1000 and while leaving hotel,when we asked for 1000,they told only 1000 so they made us wait while we are in a hurry to board the train.My mother did not give the room keys.only then he gave 1000.
