The stay was not good as small insects were coming in the room, housekeeping not available in the evening , food was Okish with very limited options

It's a great property little bit on the expensive side. Property is huge so they have kept cabs to take you from the reception to your villa. But many amenities are not working like indoor sports and cycles etc.
Property is huge with all the villas at good distance.

Resort is overall good. Nice ambience and you can come out of city hassles. They provide vehicle to room around the resort. Restaurant food is good for lunch and dinner. Jacuzzi was good.
The things we didn't like
- Breakfast options and taste was not good both the days
- Room service needs improvement - when resort is full of guests they do not provide good room service.

A beautiful property. The villas are created with clean and staff is very supportive. We had issues of loud sound on roof on our first night there and due to late timing we were hesitant to call someone for help. But when we informed at reception the next morning, not only they fixed the problem immediately but asked us to call 24x7 in need.
Sometime the gesture is also very important.
I strongly recommend it for a peaceful family getaway.

Neat and clean property. Facilities like jacuzzi pool were clean n well maintained. Very good privacy in rooms. Restaurant had reasonable menu and very economical.

Not a good place to spend vacation stay. The property is not maintained well, the rooms given are not completely constructed, there are no lights in the entrance of the resort, there are no lights on the way to guests room, bon fire will be lit only when they wish and the person in charge of bon fire would demand extra, the beverages sachets kept in room are expired ones, on the whole it is not at all like how the property is shown in photos. Hence this place is not recommended.
