The staff is welcoming and helpful.Had a pleasant stay. hotel is on the main road which is good.

only basic amenities. No restaurant. need customer service upgrade. rooms was clean. wash room is small. car park available (limited). helpful staff. budget hotel.

Hotel was very well maintained and they were very welcoming. The only difficulty we faced was to travel back to hotel which is like 3 kms from tirupathi railway station. However you will get auto or cab.

had a good stay at hotel sitar grand. it's a bit far from the railway station and bus station. so you have to travel in auto to and fro to the same. ( pls try to avail uber/ola services to get a reasonable fare as the local drivers try to grab over price from you especially if you are travelling from other states )

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We reserved a family room with air conditioning, which included two double beds and one single bed. The room was clean and well-kept. The hotel’s location is ideal—situated just outside the main center, it’s tranquil and free from the city’s hustle and bustle. We can’t comment on the service since we arrived late and departed early.

May be they could provide mineral water as complimentary or could make any arrangements for water facility in the floor. it's like everytime we need to call them for water.

The rooms were clean, location is easily accessible but a bit far from the centre of the city, restaurants are far, had to depend on online food delivery. They could have provided few more amenities like an electric kettle, tea bags etc. which are usually provided with the same room tariff elsewhere.
