door lock was not working, they have an altered lock and repaired door which has been done with faults. room no is 333. the receptionist was rude person and doesnt care when the problem was told, he sarcastically said is it?
the bath room door also doesnt close nor can be bolted. same reaction from the reception.
untrained uncaring unprofessional receptionist male in the evening hours.
the room is worth only 50 percent of the money paid. its not having the look or quality worth the price. Service is very poor.

Worst hotel I have stayed they are not concentrating on room cleaning in bathroom lot of water leak even key with rubber band worst stay lift touch screen is not working .

Surprised to experience world class hospitality in this Hyderabad outskirts property. Room interior, WiFi, wash room faucets, resto, staff at every station are ensuring customer delight.
Especially thanks to Mr Venkat Resto chef for personalising menus as per our choice among available items of their kitchen boquet

no room key given during checkin,every time need to ask house keeping person to open the door, numbers of time called to reception but only said yes sending but no response.
