Management should look into how their employees behave with the guests. They don't even know to knock the door and get permission from the guests to enter the room. Toilet were nasty. Food is average. Will not recommend for family.

the hotel was good. neat and clean. the staff was awesome. The winner for me was the family restaurant on the 2nd floor. superb ambience and great food. the only thing that concerned me was the presence of a pub on 4th floor as the entry of the hotel, the exit and lifts were all common for hotel guests and pub guests. it can get nasty if someone drunk is speaking a foul language while you are trying to enter or exit your room and hotel premises. I did not have to face this problem though(someday someone might have to deal with it). Overall a great experience.

It was a good stay. Rooms were nice and the cleanliness was fine. The hotel was located in a nice location. The stay was comfortable.
