The rooms were stinking. Even after raising the complaint, it was not rectified. They have the washroom of staff qtrs attached to the room and there js a wooden partition window. The bed sheets were also very dirty. The room service was also not reacting even after 3-4 calls. All in all not a good experience when you pay a decent amount for the room. There were no sofa or table as given in the room details. The only positive thing is the food and the reception manager who js there at night. He is very supportive.

My room was with mountain view, that was just awesome. Room with balcony, nice room, well decorated, washroom was clean, 24hrs hot water. Space for car parking, that was most needed in mussoorie. Staffs were very good. Nothing bad about it.

i booked a standard room, but it was extremely small and lacked any ventilation. despite mussoorie's pleasant weather, we had to use the ac just to breathe comfortably, as the room was in the basement and felt suffocating. it didn’t match the expectations at all. when i inquired about an upgrade, the staff quoted very high offline prices. overall, not a satisfactory experience.

Hotel stay was fantastic. Staff were well behaved. It have a nice view from the balcony. My family overall experience was great. Must stay in summer.
