Receptionist & Manager are very rude in behaving. Their staff is the rudest people we have seen in hotel industry. They even charged extra for the items shown in their MENU as free breakfast. Never go to SKYLAWN again!!...

Worst experience at the hotel. Not proper service. Complimentary breakfast is limited as only one paratha or omelete per person. Staff was not polite when asking for Breakfast so we dint had it and they have not even asked us. This hotel may be better for single person or marketing person. But not at all for family. Not value for money.... Parking facility is also little far from the hotel.

Hotel was Very good but Receptionist (Manager)* is fully lier and rud behavior. He did not allow the room he said hotel is completely sold out but when we sitting on the Sofa's he provide the 2-3 rooms to walking customer with bargaining. He said we are not allowed the rooms * & said you can stay in the hotel, so you have directly pay. Then & he provide the room 11:55pm (night) AFTER FOUR HOURS waited he was allow the room with aggressive behavior.
