i had a great stay at sl manor with family, great view, food, room and services. the staff was amazing and friendly.

the property is poorly managed, we first got room no 202 the curtain and the bedsheet was dirty, the balcony door was not getting locked so we changed the room to 301 there also shower didn't work, no shower gel, no handwash provided. there was no shower curtain so each time you use bathroom area that gets wet and hotel staff staffs says we clear hotel in morning only at 10am.
I have stayed in a lot of hotel this 1 was my worst experience.
forgot to mention the location is very bad it's far away from mussoorie.
yes the entry it's like one way you have to reverse the car to get in.

it was a wonderful stay at Sl manor Resort and pet friendly property at a Beautiful location. The staff is well educated and services are top notch. We would really love to stay here again.

it was an amazing stay at sl manor. the view from the hotel was too good and the staff of the hotel was too polite and humble and they have helped us a lot during our stay

From the so called King suite with garden which has no maintenance to room and sofa and even fan not working to the stale dinner at night left us hungry and stranded.The worst experience. No help from hotel yet for cancellation.
