as mentioned in the services there i have booked the room but on contrary there was no room service , no air conditioned installed. the experience was bad.

just an amazing hotel to stay in HSR layout, staff is polite and rooms are also very neat and clean

Rooms and rest rooms are fine and clean. But too many cockroaches in the room and beneath the bed. Room though small quite manageable for 2 person for night stay.

though the specifications says air conditioner the room was not...only this was a drawback else, the rooms were clean, staff helpful and location was good
