AC was working minimally even if you change to minimum temp & max fan. also ceiling fan was working in speed 1 & 5 only. I was unable to sleep due to this & my sleep was disturbed in the night & woke up late due to this.
The same was informed to the receptionist to change the room imly after check in but no response.

The location of the hotel is the best thing about the place. Although the room is nice but it lacks basic amenities like a hot water kettle and decent Wifi ( They have different wifi connections for tv and mobile uses) which does not work all the time. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or even basic room service. The staff is not very helpful with your luggage (I had to unload my luggage from the car to the lift).
I chose this hotel as it was conveniently located for my needs. The hotel can do well with improvement in amenities and services.

Stay here if you want all to be done as self service and you just need a big room a big parking and no amenities needed ...No hot water in that freezing january weather and towels full of fungus smell... No food service ...a full self styled self serviced self made hotel....

Nice hotel, did not face any issues. Property was exactly as described. Front office staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Ramesh. Secured car parking is good
