Hater the place coz of cleanliness. No hygeine .. we made an issue by raising a complaint in go ibio however the onwer got back and promised to change the caretaker immediately and nothing happened he was there the next day as well and he also stole the eggs when we boil it for kid ... which was noticed for 2 days .... such a horrible place when compared to how they treat you at the place

The place is very calm and peaceful
Very close by to kazhakuttam market and we have easy access to anything and everything u look for. provided the house common place has access to Hall, kitchen and dinning.

Negatives - Hate the care taker, he does not clean the place at any point of time, after complains he does and which is so unclean, I have stayed there for a week and he has never sweepedy room not changed the sheets till date. No point as the owner is not here to really l ...more
