Very noisy room. Our room was next to the reception area so could hear people coming and going and talking all the time. For some reason, our bathroom had a window connecting directly into the reception lobby!! The window was obscured but could hear people in the lobby very clearly directly inside our bathroom!!! The room also had some high level windows to the corridor so light came through all night. Lastly hot water ran out very quickly in the evening. Other than that the room was generally nice but the above ruined our stay. We did mention them to staff but received no helpful response.

One of the best hotels with a homely feel. Family run and good food. They make you feel at home. Clean rooms and bathrooms

Pros: 1. Beautifully maintained property 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Buffet breakfast and dinner Cons: 1. Very small room 2. Wifi range not available in rooms 3. No tea/coffee service after dinner (which ends by 9 pm) 4. Only one charging point in room

Good location, polite and courteous staff. Food is decent. Property has an apple and apricot orchard, and they let you pluck a couple of them to taste. Has Wi-Fi, but if the weather is bad, it won't work. Overall, a good experience.

Rooms are good. Cleanliness, room service and embience are excellent having friendly staff. Hotel is having a beautiful garden having very beautiful flowers, apple and appricot trees and some vegetables.

The only good thing about this hotel is its garden . Rest service and ambience is very poor . You will find flies in rooms . Overall not a good hotel according to tariff

It is a real value for money. Well located with beautiful mountain views. Sprawling green area, garden, huge spacious rooms with equally huge attached bathrooms. Ideal for family. Good service. Restaurant / Dining with all basic amenities. Buffet system good enough although not lavish.

Stay was comfortable. We were given Room no. 116, the balcony of which has a good mountain view .Food was superb & deserves special mention specially for the Dinner menu. We stayed for 01 night with our breakfast & dinner being complimentary. Since we had to leave early around 06:30am in the morning for Pangyong Lake & could not have the Breakfast at usual time of 08:00 am , we requested if something could be arranged early . Good hotel for family or group stay. It is in 5-10mins drive from hundar sand dunes. If you are looking for economical hotel with decent amenities then this is good option. Hotel staff is polite and food quality also good.
