Never ever book this hotel ! The hotel lack management skills they provide extreme poor services that one couldn't ever imagine rooms are dirty, bathrooms, bed sheets and pillow covers they provide are also dirty basically this hotel puts the bedsheets on bed from the reverse side once a guest leaves the hotel and they charge ** per rooms. Rooms services are very poor, they won't change the water, towel , bed sheets or clean the rooms during our entire stay at hotel unless you ask then repeatedl ...more

this is a very chip hotel, no power backup , no clining room, without light, bed staff, very dirty room , room, cloth bed ****, pillows, flour, chair, all over is very bed...

Location was excellent,near mall road.
View was good from Balcony.
Room service and food quality was very poor.
Quality of Pillows and bedsheet are horrible.

It is a good Hotel very near to Mall Road & just opp the Buddhist Monastery. The hotel needs a full time manager to manage the basic necessities like towels n cleanliness of the room. the staff are courteous and try to support to the best possible extent upto their authority. Overall I had an awesome experience and a trip in manali. I have added few pics of scenic views from hotel's terrace n Balcony
