We reached at the hotel and it was told to us that no rooms are available as we have closed ...booking systems 2 months back,after showing the booking vouchers,they told that as rooms are not available we will not be able to give you rooms.After speaking to the hotel manager,they agreed to give the rooms but after 8:00 Pm.So till that time we have to wait at the reception of the hotel.Is this the service the hotel is giving to the customers,where I have booked the hotel more than 4months back.Need to take some action against the hotel.

Not worth of money. Except location nothing is worth it. Tariff is very high, deserves max 1500/night.Overcharging for food items & mineral water. Not providing proper bills for the food & beverage items.

it is a lower medium class hotel. after reaching reception they refuse to give room, reason told us no vacancy. when I tried 8-10 times ...help line given for this booking no one lift the call. looking to my odd situation hotel person shown some daya and give me a room which was fully smell of some medicine. cant slip hole night. morning b/fast its worst. they don't have proper restaurant just put something in lower parking. not a business hotel.

sochi was recommended by our family member and we had a good time in your hotel.The ambience,service and close proximity to the metro station,market and restaurants makes it a comfortable place to stay.

we had stayed there for four days. the rooms are very clean, bathroom, toilet are very clean and spacious. the rooms are buy smaller but OK. location could have been better but OK. overall we had a good stay. thanks
