Hotel premise is good, room was also decent though some minor locking and electrical board issues were there. Flush of the toilet stopped working causing some inconvenience and a plumber was called to fix the issue after complaint. The major disappointment came from their travel desk. They assured to arrange a vehicle for ujjain junction on prior information before half an hour of departure, but when informed in night at 2:30 hrs, 1hr prior to departure they simply gave a number of a driver who ...more

very good hotel. perfect for family stay. house keeping staff is very good. food is ok. I only wished they could have given me quick early checking with charges. Smile at reception is a good gesture to welcome guest. that was missing. But over all good value for money.
