In terms of location, it was fine. All the services that they provided were good. Clean and very comfortable rooms. The behavior of the caretaker was good.

Its situated almost 10kms from the Bird Sanctuary. Since roads are nice and traffic is next to none. You can reach the bird sanctuary in 10min. Hotel can arrange auto, incase you do not have your own vehicle. Public transport is almost non existent. In resort itself one can see many birds and they have a river flowing next to the resort and one can see Kingfishers, cormorant, herons. Its a nice quite place, the best in the area.

please note that this place does not serve alcohol. it's not a party place. it's close to the bird sanctuary and is situated beautifully along the river. fantastic place and highly recommend it if you want to get away from crowded places

I do not feel if this hotel is really worth travelling to or staying.located far away from the town, 2hrs drive from ernakulam. the property dosnt have an appeal of a star hotel, poorly maintained premise but not so bad rooms and cottages. the location is good for people looking for silence and loneliness. a typical country side farm with all what you see in a village. I didnt feel it worth spending on this property
