Thirdclass hotel with dirty rooms , bathrooms.Ac not working properly. Switch board broken. untidy rooms . Rude behaviour of the boys giving service. The manager is helpful along with the other supervisor. No maintainance done in the hotel.

very bad experience. 1st time in life very bad experience in room. door lock broken.washroom door broken. always water flow in tap. washroom to much dirty. also room was too much dust.cockroach found in room. very bad hotel. this price also others hotel best. price is too high for hotel. suggest for not visit for other person. Cleaning and maintenance

Room very dirty, bathroom horrible, no jet key in the bathroom, no hot water, no TV, they asked to use wifi instead. First they gave a room where flush was damaged. Then they changed to a room where hardly water was coming out of flush. Horrible experience

Worst service I have seen, I have booked standard room, but they have provided bellow level rooms and facility is not upto mark, first of all they have some confusion regarding booking, and also told me that they informed to close the room availability after I denied to stay that room they provide one more but also services not upto the mark, bed sheet is not cleaned, pillow also not cleaned, etc.

filthy hotel ,cleaning is very poor, staff did not look any concerns with cleaning and facility requirements of tourist who hire room with hard earn money.

it is the dirtiest hotel in Agartalaeven the use used bed and toiletries.room was filled with mosquito TV,no hot water,no clean water. Staff are very rude.
