The hotel room is full of mosquitoes, Not able to sleep properly., Not seen this type of worst hotel ever in my life., today my total work is halt, because of this hotel and management also too lazy.

The price very reasonable. Worth the money I paid. Neat and tidy. The room was spacious. Bed linen, soap and towels provided. Has lift facility. Restaurant Balajee bhavan downstairs was an added benefit. Hotel is located in a prime area. No exclusive parking space but on the road there was enough parking space which was ok. Overall good.

Bed spreads are toooooo worst. Room service by the persons are excellent but room are tooo old. Should have a new, good and clean bed spread and towels Bedspread and towels are not clean. Toooo worst

i booked a non AC single room very neat and tidy room service was the most happiest thing i felt , im very happy with Sorrento guest house, room service, the staff was very friendly nd very polite etc... for my next trip to chennai i will stay here only thanks Sorrento 🥰🥰🥰🥰
