I have taken the suite room but it was not a suite room. Common hall given for 3 rooms in which they placed sofa. Common hall is having only fan. Room size is very small. Not same as mentioned in Goibibo app. Also it was not having bath tub but mentioned in app. Not even kept water. There is no kitchen. Breakfast is served at 8.15 am after repeated reminders getting it from outside. Tea or coffe is not served. Limited space for car parking. To park another vehicle, we have been called to shift the car towards one side. Only advantage is that it was very near to SRMT mall.

budget hotel. small apartments converted to individual rooms fitted with beds, a/c, tv, attached bath, water heater, etc. parking on ground floor portico, for upto 4 cars. no restaurant or food service. we had to insist on change of linen when we checked in, as it was dirty. no towels.for the discounted price per night, it is good value. functional with working amenities. as on june 2025. supervision and maintenance seems lacking, except on demand.

the top most hotel in KAKINADA. very well maintained. neat and clean. Hotel staff were very supportive throughout our stay.The price is very reasonable and the location of the Hotel is great. The exact opposite to SRMT Mall.

the food underwhelming but fine. they allocated us to to room in corner with no ventilation. had to argue with the manager after which we were directed to a better room
