reception staff have bad behaviour they do not talk properly room service was bad the lights of the room are not working properly even you have to go to reception and after telling them then they turn on the light hotel management don't prefer booking and have bad behaviour with those who made booking i had a bad experience with this hotel i may not book this hotel again

location of the hotel is good but the check-in was not smooth.. long waiting for check-in. room was good and neat and clean.

hotel was good, staff behaviour was good. cleanliness was also good. but they didn't allow outsider. if you want to order outside food you have to came down to pickup your food. overall good experience.

The room and washroom are very very clean. Very good stay. The location is also near the station and bus stop. Breakfast has very good taste but just two items only in breakfast. The hotel charges for that so they need to add more items in that. Overall stay is very good. Thanks. Couple friendly hotel. Very clean room.
