Staff behavior was good. Services were good. There was lack of amenities. Location was poor, it was difficult to locate the hotel. There was dining facility, food was same, there was lack of variety in menu. There was toiletries as complimentary services.

My overall stay was good in the property. I have faced some issues at the time of check in but later on it was resolved. I had food over there, and the quality was okay. The location of the property was convenient for me.

Poor facilities. Staff is not responsive to requests. basic amenities like heaters or even extra blankets were not made available.
