need to increase kids outdoor activities.there is no indoor activities for kids.

jaccuzi is not good. dirty water is coming and no hot waterI have an issue with F&B in chill berg resort.no 15% discount was given as u mentioned.

Located at Vandanmedu by the side of Kumili Munnar highway and it's a beautiful place to stay with family. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but not incredibly varied. The hotel team has been friendly and helpful. Kattappana is the nearest commercial town and Idukki dam is just 31 Kms away. Other nearest attractions are Anchuruli tunnel. Chellarcoil and Ramakkalmedu view points. Cons: Swimming pool was clean but not a standard one as per the dimensions. Not much activity to do inside the resort. Linen and towels provided was not upto the mark.

Good location and atmosphere,
It is very far away from Thekkady, No good food, need for better improvement of room infrastructure.
