bad experience ,
too costly , not worthy.
no tv, no electricity.
consider home stay rather then hotel in kaza.

probably most comfortable stay in 3-4 star property.. best for family stay... slightly overpriced and mismanagement was there wen we stayed.. service was just ok and not very good . ... new property and providing the best at so much remote location .. still there s lot of scope of improving service and hospitality

It is the worst stay in Spiti. They charge you soo much but they are worth nothing. We paid for superior rooms but they gave deluxe rooms that too on the third floor. They refused to give dinner and breakfast which were complimentary and we pre-paid for it. There are much better stays in Spiti and at very reasonable prizes as well. Some luxurious stays. Never go for this. Even the drinking water in the rooms was chargeable. All in all I can say that its a total waste of money. Staff is soo rude ...more

It was a spectacular stay with my family in this hotel , in all respect we found this hotel as an excellent , locate din the main city area and the staffs & services were amazing and even the food was also very good.The trip went pretty well and awesome experience.Would recommend to everyone for this hotel.

The stay was very comfortable & pleasant and easy to locate.Staffs & services were also great and even tried the food which was good in taste.It was hygienic as well.Would recommend others to visit this place.Overall an amazing experience.

It is located in the remote area however it is convenient to visit this hotel.Staff members were cooperative & helpful as well.We tried the food was well, it was good in taste and the price was also reasonable, and services were up to the mark.Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
