May a 100 more and get some standard hostels like hosteller or zostel , this had literally no service , no wifi , ac but not working.

i'm unsure as to how they are able to manage a 4+ rating on otas but it's a third class property tbh. the only plus is it's at the city centre, rest is good for nothing. they got unclean congested rooms with dirty bedsheets and blankets. the rooftop is okay but there's no drinking water facility on every floor, the washrooms are as good as male toilets on bus stands.
