I was forced to pay an additional amount of rs.300 to provide accommodation by hotel staff. i was informed that i will not get a refund if i refuse to pay. Worst experience and i will never book this KAYAL residency again. It was evident from the previous reviews that hotel staff used to do this cheating with all guests who made reservations. Unethical way to get extra money during the check-in time. At the end it was like, discount provided was taken back by hotel staff. No benefits to the custom Stay away from this hotel.

I entered the property around 4.45 pm on 29 Jan. The person who is sitting on the receipt is denied to allocate a room, behaved very rude and asked me to resolve his price issue. which is none of my business. after having a long discussion, he finally allocated room around 5.40. in this property they have not provided basic things like towel, shampoo, soap,

worst experience ever .I have just reached the property they denied they had room for getting more money it was all most evening when I reached. as the room was not ready I went out .they didn't call even when the room was ready...the staff was rude ..no hospitality...I think the management and future if they stay the same will be the hotel end up a shady placethe whole management ,no hospitality,will not re comment for any one shady place

Hotel Is Good. Scuted in good area. Hotel staff are also good. Room size also nice . I have boocked hotel for 2 day i spend good time in hotel.

I never had a such worst experience before with booking, hotel attender Mr. ASHOK told me that bookings were not confirmed until they accept the booking from hotel management. He continuously argued like they cannot give room until existing guest vacate. Please take necessary action with the hotel management Mr Ashok Hotel attender asked to pay the extra amount that is Rs, their price rs, he insisted me to pay that.
