very bad experience. no ac provided, no classic room provided,no tv, no western toilet ,no chair in room. location is very interrior.

no proper ventilationbroken windowsbroken toilet seatshouse of mosquitoesmanager’s behaviour is not acceptable he talked in very rude way no respect for ladies he told me that you booked . so i am not responsible for the room condition . the floors were wet and dirty the manager words are very impolitehe illtreated usvery bad odour was there we felt very suffocated and unable to sleep . please remove this hotel from your list of hotelsi booked this room because of my trust . it was ruined becau ...more

the stay was very good. the rooms were clean. the staff was very helpful. they arranged transportation for snan. they arranged bikes for us for airport since roads were jammed. we had a pleasant time at kumbh mela because of this hotel and their team
