hotel manager was rood. he was forcing me to checkout room after 1 day of checked in and told that we will give you another room.
was not ready to give extra pillow. lunch and dinner was not good.

for the price range it seemed decent but theres scope for improvement.
staff attitude....
wheelchair access was blocked into the hotel...they didnt seem to care. they didnt even bother to help out when elderly customers were trying hard to get into the hotel. they just kept staring.
room service _ I asked for something and the staffs reply was ....u sure u want it ? because I have to go to adjacent building to get it. these attitudes need to be changed.

It is a bus station side type lodge with no parking. Basically spring restaurant owner entered in hotel business without having any preparation. Cheap and dirty restaurant with no service skill of staff. Not value for money. Overpriced and must be under 1200/-.

location is fine. room is ok but very small for the amount paid. looks dated. they haven't kept hair dryer also which is a let down. bathroom had some strong smell from outside (due to restaurant kitchen I think) which can be irritating.

Everything is good except for their room service of food. Had a lot of trouble with the food ordered. Their was a delay of 30 to 40 mins in bringing the food that too they would bring the wrong Quantity of food every time ordered. Remaining all the services and the rooms a top notch. Excellent House keeping, neatness, Hygiene and spacious.
