Their wifi was very weak. It was reconnecting now and then. we informed the staff but was not very responsive. they have good parking space and it is right on the roadside in Kunnamangalam (not in kozhikode town).

AC does not work ie. no cooling, Door bell doesnt ring, etc !. Mosquitos. Power cuts. Overall, Not worth the money you pay, in-fact it's a complete waste of money. Never ever come back to this hotel till they really improve facilities.

Complete unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. While the rest of the staff, particularly the night shift boy, were very polite and helpful, the conduct of the front desk lady was a stark contrast. I recently stayed at Hotel Springway in Kozhikode and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Overall experience has been very good. Staff attitude and behaviour praiseworthy definitely. They seemed always helpful. The only issue has been with communication. Wish they communicated more in English and Hindi. However, they were always trying their level best to understand and respond. That attitude is likeable by customers. I am sure they will only improve with time.
