1. The room was good and the room facility was also good
2. The staff is very cooperative and helpful
3. only concern was food. very limited options were available in dinner wrt menu offered. though taste wise food was good. must try kerala parantha very very amazing
4. The location is also good. The only issue is traffic while commuting to the inner city area due to the ongoing road/flyover construction works

worst experience. Service of the roof top restaurant was pathetic. It took 12 hours to recharge the DTH. Drinking water was not provided the next morning. Air conditioning was not working properly. informed the hotel people but not took any action. The mixer tap was fully leaking. The room boys service was terrible, he asked us to use a single razor for 3 people staying in the room stating that it was the normal practice of the hotel. Worst experience ever
