my recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. while the location is convenient, the rooms and toilets were not cleaned properly.
the staff, although friendly, lacked professionalism. overall, the experience was average.
suggestions for improvement:
- enhance housekeeping services
- provide better staff training

the stay not matching the service and cost.
1) the property direction provided in what's app is wrong and no visibility if hotel and unfamiliar even for public and autowala.
2) we were made to stay on the road with famoly and the given mobile number was not reachable and disconnected beyond multiple calls. poor response.
3) drinking water was not easily accessible and no supply of drinking water to rooms.
4) restaurants mentioned in website was not functioning.
5) early checking charges applied despite the room that we booked that was not available.

The room was too small and the bed was in a linear dirty wash room with unhygienic conditions and finally Car Parking was not available my recommendation is nobody avoids to book this property........ Horrible

It was called an AC suite double room but the cleanliness is very poor.. Bathroom basin and toilet bowl were filthy and beds were not changed even after notified earlier that i was reaching with family.
