I have booked for 3 people hoping for a extra bed and paid 800 rs extra but the manager says there'll be no extra bed given and have to adjust. it's a Queen size bed. how does 3 adults adjust in a Queen size bed. Why give the option for 3 adults it you don't have adequate service to provide for? In photos they show extra beds,very misleading!!

the room was neat, no hot water, i made complain in reception, still nothing changed. i paid for non ac room for 1 night, i feet that’s it’s costly.

Only good for business stays, not meant for family as it is not a hotel but only a residency with just a only room to stay. No room service, no daily cleaning and no single amenities provided. Only plus point is its location which is closest to the airport.

The rooms are not clean, with a significant amount of dust present. I requested room service, and they assured me they would address the issue but didn't take any action. Despite checking multiple times, there has been zero maintenance and no improvement in the cleanliness.
