1. cottages are very nice, however, they are providing extra bed for my son on the floor, no coat provided
2. Breakfast menu is very average and no buffet for lunch and dinner
3. Very good hospitality for entire staff. all behave well

Beautiful property!! Rooms are clean, well maintained and Quite spacious. Very comfortable stay. Room service was quick, entire staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was in full demand due weekend, the staff made arrangements for our family for a comfortable dining experience without making us wait too long for a table. The attitude to serve their customers was pretty evident with every gesture of the staff. Food was good, try local cuisine for the authentic taste.

Its true that COVID19 happened and I can only imagine how bad it would've affected this property in such place and equally appreciate that they still held on to it during the time. However, it's also true that before that they had a very well run business! Now everyone has a reason to blame for their lack of efficiency.. To be honest the place is in a very good location with the view and everything but lack of maintenance and quality is or should be the lack of management of resources.
