"Our stay was generally good, but the check-in process was a bit delayed. Despite arriving an hour late, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the room wasn't ready. Hopefully, they can work on streamlining their check-in process to minimize wait times. Overall, the stay itself was enjoyale
