We reached this hotel at 2 am and were terribly exhausted after our visit to Sabarimala. The receptionist instead of helping us check in, started dragging the check in procedure. There was no bell boy to take our baggage. They charged us exhorbitantly for the basic water bottles. The housekeeping seemed good, but the room floor was not clean. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Its okay, not that much good. Not up to the mark. Washroom was not properly clean and the room was not up to the mark. Not good as i expected.
