washroom had horrible cigarette smell .... charged as high as 560/- for extra bed which is the cost of bed it self.... even blanket not provided after charging that high amount one staff member's behaviour not good hot water not came main bed blanket had holes

The staff is not really good, my friend asked extra 650 for 2 hrs.

excellent location & personal attention of owner mr.satish. staff is courteous, responsive & helpful. room size is just sufficient for 2 people. daily cleaning is done. quiet overall. paint quality of walls is nice. improvements needed: -hot water to be available 24hrs -ac gets controlled centrally. instead traveller should be able to control it -one of the staff continues to just hangout only to get tips -have decent uniform for all the staff -put fresh live plant than the plastic plant in the ...more

Good place to stay for a night, person at reception helped in upgrading room from Classic to Deluxe, room was ok, stains on bedsheet which was not expected, basic toiletries are provided, helped in finding a taxi also to travel further

they made me wait outside for almost 15 minutes , and I was given room next to reception, reception guys kept songs and speaking loudly at night which made me disturb my sleep , they were creeping at my wife also

stay was great staff were polite and hotel located at busy street but accessable to every ghat and temples of Rajahmundry. Rooms were great with nice ambience and amineites

If you have a car and you're planning to go to this hotel, I suggest not going. The hotel is in a very crowded area with heavy traffic, and the parking situation is bad - my car got scratched twice. As for the rooms, they're alright, but I booked for 3 people and they gave me a room with 2 beds and a mattress. The staff are polite and decent though.
