We had booked 2 rooms but the guy at reception gave only 1 room. Affter serious argument he gave other room. The room was full cigarette smells. Horrible stay , the guy at reception had no respect towards guests.

I did not get the tax invoice for the stay, though all details including GST was shared with hotel. I need the invoice urgently

This Maruti hotel management is irresponsible...im trying to call but he is not responding to my query..reception no. person is responding but for some queries management only can answer us but he is not answering my cal not even cal back once aftr checking with missedcall..being in service industry especially like this kind of hotel service.. Management should be very responsible for anything related to their hotel but this Maruti residence Management have failed in it..if something goes serious also they never take any responsibility I think so kindly check with other hotels.
