We had a 3 sharing room.
Where the fan was faulty.
We needed Fan as there were misquotes in our room and we were worried for our 1yr old baby.
Phone in the room was also not working.
As their services was way difficult as we couldn't call them and had to go down and ask for our needs.
Plus we could see some cockroaches near the bed head too, we personally didn't like it.
And whole night there was some annoying motor sounds which was running overhead.
Overall a pathetic experience.

It was a good experience. As the staff were very helpful and kept the kitchen open for us until we arrived. We reached hotel late in the evening.
Only had some issues with the AC and they changed our room immediately. And better not to enter from the back of the hotel
Over all good experience.
Staff was good and cooperative
