    i had to vacate the room before 8 pm last night because the hotel staff was asking for additional money that i would have to pay 500 rupees more. my booking was from 17th june to 18th june at 8 am but i had to vacate the room on 17th june at 1:30 pm because they were repeatedly asking for more money.

    while booking it was mentioned breakfast is free but there is no such arrangements... it is too costly for that Type of Hotel... I checked out before one night time there is no policy of refunding at least of half day money...

    There was no parking. The hotel reception was arrogant! They told I need to pay for kid as I did not mention kid while booking! When I complained about parking the receptionist told that, we dont have parking.

    Sir first they have allotted non AC for 2 hrs after that ac room has been allotted but without wash basin for tiffin and dinner they have spent Rs 100 for 2 members package is not satisfied
