All though the hotel was good nd clean . but bcoz I booked thru app they try to show the behavior to give the worst view as if we paid half price nd staying just neglecting saying rooms are full.if they really have problem thru app then y they connect with them. bcoz I stayed for few hours so I didn't want to argue with them.

Hotel is superb in budget. Faced no problem in check-in and check-out. Staffs are very helpfull and cooperative. Near to KSR Bengaluru Station. No problem for transportation any time.

Had to wait for 30 min even though the room was booked 6 hours prior. No proper service. Totally not satified. Expensive for the service we received.
