Overall a good experience, but the manager's behavior was so rude. He refused to keep luggage in the luggage area.

Good budget hotel at nice location for foodind and travelling .. we come to hotel to get some good serives but here its like home service... fill ur own water... room services are good but it has to be prompt and more luxury... just I common hotel...
save and secure no problem for any things... no kitchen is available so its little problem. but its ok as food ia available at walkable distance.. bus stand is near is advantageous.. staffs are good.... manager sir is strict but very good man.. ni ...more

Very nice hotel. One can book room at this hotel without thinking twice. New construction, furniture & fittings are of new generation & qualities are much above average and also maintained well.Moreover,locational advantage is an important factor as this hotel is situated very near to Central bus stand.Hotel staffs are gentle and well behaved. Myself and my wife are very much satisfied while stayed at this hotel in the mid February '2020.

Worst hotel in terms of hospitality and service. We reached at 9am asked for early check-in which was denied unless we pay extra amount. We agreed to wait till 12noon (check-in time). Such a rude behavior from reception, they told us to go and sit at near temple and do not sit in hotel premises. Is this the way to treat your customers who are 60 years and above? Booking was for 4 nights, but not a single day, room was cleaned. Whenever, cleaning was requested, they said will do it when you are room, and when we were in room, they never came to clean the room...
