worst services in the name of royal stay.. initially the moment room booked online they called me asked for aadhar card. room was very congested we don't have space to move in the room. highly uncomfortable, coming to washroom we are unable to sit on the commode seat, our legs wil hit the walll for averaage 5' 8 guy .worst and rude behaviour from staff, if we ask extra bed they want 500rs .. for everything they're asking money. as this stay is with family and kids asked to change the room they a ...more

Nice place to stay. Good services provide like 24 hrs hot water, complimentary body message given as well as welcome drinks. Supporting staff and management. Best place to stay family in Madanapalli
