Only Owner approachable. No helper or Manager available due to pandemic. The owner himself managing ALL IN ONE services at their doorstep. Facilities look OK. Only free channels available on Cable TV. The customers have to remind him or seek help every time through mobile as no desk help person available. Housekeeping services to be improved especially disinfection of rooms / toiletries very much needed. Also lack of sweeping of rooms. needs improvement

Location was good. All the amenities and services provided was good. Staff were courteous. No dining facility. No complimentary service.
