services are very poor. in bathroom drainage problem was there i done complaint veroius times. Today when we have gone for breakfast without our permission house keeping came in our room and took the towels. We have keeping all our valuable in the room

The staff are very good. They provide whatever is asked for. the AC can be better so are the rest rooms. The attached restaurant is expensive. Ease of access to Gateway office parks and bus stand, Local railway station is also close by. Breakfast can be better. it's same food everyday but as mentioned Staff is very good.

They do not deserve 0 ratings. I booked a deluxe room. After checking in they told me our hotel policy only for 12 hours. Please don’t book this hotel.

basic transit hotel, all basic amenities.biggest con - insects , cockroaches found in the room and even on the dining area on our table ..that is not acceptable.if you find this okay as handle is good doing its job but finish missing .. then whole hotel is like this as it does its job but finish is missing. no value for money.. in this price other better options might be available.
