Average Hotel Near to Chennai Airport. Room is okay but services are very poor. TV was not working and the problem was unresolved. In morning hot water was not coming. In morning before check out toilet flush stopped throwing water.

I wanted a non-smoking room, but the room we got had cigarette smoke smell. We were too tired as it was past 1am so we did not bother to ask for a different room. Location is close to Chennai airport but in a somewhat desolate part. Found parking inside the premises, but cramped parking. Bed was ok. Poor quality towel and bath soap, AC was hard to control. For Rs,4,262, this was not at all a value for money. Morning breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Overall, nothing remarkable and def not value for money. Owner needs to charge less or upgrade the rooms and facilities. I would pay Rs.1,500 max.

I faced serious problem in hotel. I was given very poor and small room with No AC. complained hotel at noon about AC but they did nothing. At night 11 I decided to leave this hotel and called Goibibo for refund. They took immediate action and I was given very good room in 5 minutes. The response from goibibo was exactly any Guest can expect in such situations. Trust on goibibo increased manifold.Thanks

Pretty average hotel . Location is very inside although the good point they will arrange airport pick up & drop . But you don't get a positive vibe . Stuff behaviour is ok . The rooms are dark and lacks cleanliness.Don't go both the meals . The dinner or lunch ( if you book breakfast and lunch / dinner ) won't be a buffet one which i didn't know , neither it was mentioned anywhere on the booking .
Overall very average with high cost 🙁

Very peaceful, great and tidy rooms, very good service. The food is also good. Airport drop is an added advantage. Surroundings are very good being near the Cantonment area.
