it was a pleasant stay at the hotel with helpful reception staff, comfortable rooms and adequate safety and security measures

horrible place to stay. 1.bedsheets were full of dust. 2.pillows were also not at all good. 3.room was not at clean. 4.wardrobe was filthy. 6.in the bathroom the windows were not having glasses it was open. 7.bathroom door was not able to close. won't recommend and would never ever visit this place.

Stayed there for two nights,my worst experience ever in a hotel(it's better to call service apartment).Not suitable for family.Smelly rooms,staff with no service experience.Wont provide bathroom kit unless you ask.Wont switch on ac unless you call reception evertime.Wont clean room unless you fight with the staff.The way staff behaves will make you lose your nerves.Name is totally deceiving since they have no idea about what happens on St Thomas mount.Breakfast is bread.-1star.
