I travel often and stay in all kinds of hotels but this was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. The only pro I can think of, was the location and food was decent. There were cockroaches in the room / bathroom, leakage. Lots of noise and most of the staff did not know any language except Tamil. If you have a hotel, your guests will be outsiders who won't know the local language so that made zero sense to hire people who were monolingual. specially Thanks to Mr. Partap who was very helpful during the stay my filght was in the night 8 PM, and checkout time was 11 AM but pratap extended my checkout till 1 PM that was so helpful

That night I spent the entire night awake in fear. It was very scary. Cockroach mosquitoes and large mosquitoes kept biting the bed and floor all night. I changed my room to another one but the same problem occurred there too. I could not go anywhere else at midnight. It was a very scary stay.

it was a very nice experience, neat and clean rooms, the staff were really helpful. eminities were good especially the gym and swimming pool. overall a good stay in novotel chennai omr.

stalin pleasant park hotel has good deluxe rooms with wifi available. nice staff and clean bathroom. breakfast available as complimentary, it is very close to the bus stand and so many shops and restaurants nearby. marina beach, chennai central railway station is very near..

I booked this hotel for three nights in first day I head worst experience room not good tv not working properly no service no housekeeping service only money not value of money and not for anyone
